EEG (Electroencephalography)

Electroencephalography (EEG) is a neurological diagnostic test that records the electrical activity of the brain through small electrodes placed on the scalp. It helps neurologists assess abnormal brain activity and supports the diagnosis and management of conditions such as epilepsy, recurrent seizures, unexplained loss of consciousness and certain sleep or neurological disorders. The test is generally painless and non-invasive.
